Crestwood Estates is a family oriented 76 unit complex located in the center of Williams Lake. The complex is within walking distance of schools, shopping, banks, a large recreation centre, playground, park and numerous other amenities including all major banks grocery stores and so on.

We offer 3 and 4 bedroom townhouses with a layout that is perfect for family living. Bedrooms are located upstairs away from the living room and main living area so as to provide parents with their own space in the evenings. The master bedroom is on it’s own floor next to the main bathroom. On the main floor you have the entrance, 1/2 bathroom, kitchen, dining area and 1/2 a level up is the living room. Down from the main floor is a family room (or small family room and 4th bedroom in some units). Each unit also includes a small basement for laundry (washer & dryer not included) and lots of storage space.

Rents varies between $750 to $850 depending on the condition of the unit – units with a higher rent have newer carpets and other recent updates.

Not Included in Rental Cost: Utilities, Washer & Dryer (hookups provided), Tenant Insurance

Availability: Changes on a regular basis, but typically we have 1 or 2 units available at any given time.
