Crestwood Estates is a family oriented complex located in the center of Williams Lake. The complex is within walking distance of schools, shopping, banks, a large recreation centre, playground, park and numerous other amenities including all major banks grocery stores and so on.

We are located close to Elementary Schools (about 1 km away) through to High School which is located across from the complex. Local recreation is almost out your backdoor and less than a 5 minute walk down the street. Almost everything you need is within a 5 to 10 minute walk.

In addition to local amenities, Williams Lake offer the best in outdoor activities including mountain biking, fishing, camping, water sports, a nature park, and almost every winter activity you can think of.

Family life in Williams Lake is second to none. From local events to daily activities, you will always be able to find things to do with the kids, regardless of their age. Williams Lake is also home to the World Famous Williams Lake Stampede!

Our Townhouses

We offer 3 and 4 bedroom townhouses with a layout that is perfect for family living. Bedrooms are located upstairs away from the living room and main living area so as to provide parents with their own space in the evenings. The master bedroom is on it’s own floor next to the main bathroom. On the main floor you have the entrance, 1/2 bathroom, kitchen, dining area and 1/2 a level up is the living room. Down from the main floor is a family room (or small family room and 4th bedroom in some units). Each unit also includes a small basement for laundry (washer & dryer not included) and lots of storage space.
